Vintage Huichol Beaded Mother Hen Handmade Mexican For Sale

Vintage Huichol Beaded Mother Hen Handmade Mexican. We bought these beaded Huichol carvings from Jesse and Judith Hendry in the early 1990s.They had the wooden figures carved in Guerrero by famous mask carver/craftsman. They brought Huichol craftsman to a workshop where artists transformed them with intricate small beadwork, representing ritual objects in dreams into this beautiful work of art. The Hendry's imported Czech glass beads 2 to 4 sizes smaller than the beads on other Huichol artwork. Please note the occasional bead might be missing as they are held on by beeswax based glue.

4) After getting the returned item, we will refund the customer for the item's price (excluding the original shipping costs to you). The buyer is responsible for the shipping costs back to me.

5) All returns must be in the same condition when returned to me as it was when you received it; returns must include ALL original parts.

6) Return shipping fees are not refundable.
