Vintage Hand Carved Wood African Haitian Statues Man Woman Figure Pair 9.5" For Sale

This beautiful vintage pair of mid-century folk art sculptures features a man and a woman hand-carved from solid, dark-stained wood. Each 9.5-inch statue is meticulously crafted from a single block of wood, showcasing striking geometric chisel details and traditional figures carrying vessels balanced on their heads. The unbranded, unsigned raw wood bases are characteristic of mid-20th-century artisan tourist pieces likely originating from Haiti or Africa. Both figurines are in good vintage condition, exhibiting minor surface wear and natural finish variations that highlight their authentic handcrafted heritage.
