The plate bears a “Da Qing Guangxu Nian Zhi” (大清光绪年制) reign mark. I am offering this piece based on the mark and its overall antique/vintage character. I am not professionally certifying the piece as an imperial Guangxu-period kiln product. Buyers are encouraged to make their own assessment from the photographs.
