Vintage Big Ben Smoking Tobacco Pocket Tin – Vibrant Orange Stallion Litho (c. 1930s/40s)
For sale is an exceptionally clean, original vintage Big Ben Smoking Tobacco vertical pocket tin. Made by the Brown & Williamson Tobacco Corp. of Louisville, KY, this tin features a gorgeous graphic of a black stallion horse on both sides. It has the classic curved design meant for carrying in a jacket or pants pocket, complete with the integrated match striker on the bottom.
Dimensions:- Height: 4 3/8 inches- Width: 3 inches- Depth: Approx. 7/8 inch
Condition Report: This tin is in Very Good to Excellent Vintage Condition and will make a stellar shelf piece for a collector.- Graphics: Brilliant orange paint and crisp, clear imagery on both sides with only minor surface scuffs and small scratches.- Lid: Present, fully attached, and opens/closes perfectly. The inner lid graphics ("Save Big Ben Coupons") are completely intact and legible.- Interior & Bottom: Exceptionally clean and bright inside with almost no oxidation. The bottom match striker is clean and intact.- Tax Stamp: The paper stamp is no longer present, leaving the side panels very clean.
