Vintage 1983 Peru Newspapers Lot 7 El Comercio Correo Lima Times History PIP:
$39.99

Up for sale is a unique historical lot of 7 vintage, original Peruvian newspapers all dating from 1983. This collection features prominent daily publications from Lima, Peru, capturing major localized political and social news from a volatile era in the country's modern history. These are excellent pieces for historians, ephemera collectors, or anyone interested in late 20th-century Latin American history.

Included in this lot:

El Comercio (Multiple issues featuring the "Explosiones arrasan laboratorio de la PIP" headlines)

Correo (Featuring the bold "ESTALLA LABORATORIO DE LA PIP" front page headline)

The Lima Times (English-language Peruvian publication)

Additional 1983 regional/supplemental pages as shown in the photos

The newspapers are in good vintage shape for their age. They show natural paper toning (yellowing) and standard fold creases consistent with authentic 1980s newsprint, but the front covers remain clean and highly legible. Please note: The papers appear to be mostly complete and intact. However, because I have not gone through and counted every single page, the exact interior page completeness is unverified and the lot is being sold as-is. Please review the photos carefully to assess the visual condition.
