Vintage 1970’s? Cesar Old Person Halloween Face Mask

This vintage mask is in overall good condition, but the outer mask could use a cleaning that new owner can complete. The rubber/vinyl (not sure) is still pliable and fairly soft. It’s a little wrinkly from storage, but no tears observed. Not certain of the year, but I believe it’s from the 70’s. Please review the pics carefully for its condition and details. Ask questions if needed. Sold as is.

The styrofoam head is not included. I will fill the head and pack it with material and ship to preserve its form better.
