This is an original vintage Coca-Cola Soda Dispenser.....referred to as the "Boat Motor" dispenserbecause of its resemblance to an outboard boat motor when seen sitting on a counterThese are highly collectible and sought after due to their short production run and iconic lookThis was made by the Dole Valve Company of Chicago, Illinois from 1947 to 1951 (only 4 years)Body of unit has Coca-Cola in 3D raised relief on each side...all original paint....Body measures approximately 20" left to right, 16" tall, and 11" wideComponents are all original components......Chrome trim pieces are all bright and shiny....no dents or dings, no damageStainless steel inner liner, stainless steel syrup container with lid and cap, inner syrup tube,Lid with rubber seal intact and undamaged, tap handle, Coca-Cola plastic logo badge, etc.Tap handle turns as designed and is in working conditionThere are some minor signs of wear....all of which I would expect from an item of this age and useMinor surface scuffs, scrapes, scratches....paint chipped in a few spots, etc.The inner stainless steel syrup container has a lid and a cap both of which have small chainsthat attach to the lid and container...chains are there...but have become detached (easy fix if so desired)Inner stainless steel container could use a good cleaning (I have left it as found)The metal frame base portion is missing.....so I created an interim base that works sothat the dispenser can be displayed (Base piece is a vintage Ovenex small baking tin)As a disclaimer....This unit may be missing parts that would prevent it from being operationalThis actually displays well and would make a great addition to someone's Coca-Cola Collection or Display
