Why dating this, I used dug deep into the gillette archives to find this was a razor made between 1947-1951 when date codes were not struck on the guards. I found a date code stamped comparison from 1947 and learned gillette stopped stamping date codes from 1947-1951. The box is original and I have included photos to show the condition.
