Vintage 1933 Desert Scenes of California Souvenir Postcard Folder For Sale

Vintage 1933 “Desert Scenes of California” souvenir postcard folder, featuring the colorful vintage California desert imagery and the slogan “Land of Color and Romance.” The folder contains multiple illustrated/color scenic views including Mount San Jacinto from the Desert, desert landscapes, cacti, and other Southern California scenery, along with informational text about the California desert.

This is a wonderful example of early 1930s California travel ephemera, with the distinctive linen-style color printing and vintage postcard-folder format. The original 1½¢ postage panel is present and the writing/address areas remain unused.

Condition: Good vintage/collector condition with noticeable age-related creasing and fold wear. There are visible creases through some of the interior photographic panels, including a pronounced diagonal crease across the Mount San Jacinto image. There is also general edge/corner wear, light toning/soiling, and handling wear consistent with its age. The folder remains intact and the printed images and text are clearly present. Please review all photos carefully, as they are part of the condition description.
