VTG 1950s IROQUOIS Beer & Ale Refreshing As Niagara Spray Lighted Sign & Speaker For Sale

Fantastic and very unusual vintage Iroquois Beer & Ale lighted advertising sign, featuring a colorful Niagara Falls scene with the slogan “Refreshing – a Niagara Spray.” Measures approximately 18” x 15” x 5”.

The sign lights up beautifully and has a great period look when illuminated. The scenic panel shows age-related wear, discoloration and surface deterioration as pictured, but the graphics remain very attractive with strong color, particularly the large red Iroquois lettering, beer glass and Niagara Falls imagery.

The plastic outer frame & interior plastic sheet has a few cracks and other normal age-related wear, so please review all photos closely for condition.

One of the coolest features of this sign is the built-in speaker. I added a small Bluetooth-capable amplifier that allows the speaker to be used directly from a phone or other Bluetooth device. The amplifier is attached inside the sign with 3M Velcro, so it can easily be repositioned or completely removed if a future owner prefers to return the sign to its previous configuration. The amplifier is a modern addition and is not original to the sign.

As demonstrated in the video, I connected my phone through Bluetooth and played vintage Iroquois beer advertising/jingles through the sign’s speaker. It makes for an incredibly fun display and gives an idea of what can be done with the speaker while the Niagara Falls scene is illuminated.
