U.S. WW2 M1916 Colt 1911 .45 Holster with built in Ka-Bar sheath in premium drum dyed leather

Marked "JT&L® 1943"

This holster was a Experimental Idea during WW2 designed by Major M.C. Pratt of the Chicago Quartermaster Corps. Procurement Division.

But never adopted.

Heavy drum dyed Leather

Will fit standard WW2 Ka-Bar with 7″ Blade

Large "U.S." embossed on the holster flap

Brass flap stud

Copper securing rivets

Brass belt hanger or Belt pass thru

Complete with leg strap
