This is a vintage Al Mar Model 4004 Shugoto / Tanken fighting dagger sheath crafted in Seki, Japan during the 1980s.It features heavy-duty black leather construction with brass eyelets and a secure snap-button retention strap. This knife is in great shape. It has not been used to my knowledge. There is some wear on the sheath from being moved around over the years, please see pictures.
