Royal Doulton "Platinum Wedding Anniversary" figurine, HN 5874, issued in 2017 to celebrate the 70th wedding anniversary of Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh (20th November 1947 – 2017).

This is a limited edition of only 1,000 worldwide. This is No. 0053, numbered on the base and on the accompanying certificate.

The Queen wears the dress from her Diamond Jubilee with the Garter Sash. Prince Philip, as Admiral of the Fleet, wears Royal Navy Ceremonial Day Dress with the Garter Sash. The figure was modelled by Neil Welch and is hand-made and hand-decorated in bone china. Royal Doulton's artists used real gold and platinum for the medals, regalia, and jewellery, and the detail is exceptional.
