Ronson Adonis Cigarette Lighter is a premium quality lighter with a sleek design and a Siam Sterling Silver case. Outer case is ornate Thai sterling silver. This was a popular souvenir brought home by servicemen and tourists in the 1940's-60's. The face is the traditional deity Thephanon ( guardian angel) The reverse is Earwan, King of the Heavens. I think this should be functional when adding required fluid. It is currently empty.
