Replica Winchester Re-fillable No. 6 Dry Cell 1.5V for antique radio, telephone For Sale

This is a replica No. 6 dry cell battery, with an authentic duplication of an original Winchester cell label. It's refillable with two user supplied standard D-cell batteries, which are wired in parallel to provide a nominal 1.5 volts DC. This can also be wired in a 3 volt configuration, so send me a message when ordering. This replica is 3D printed and measures 6.25" X 2.5" in diameter. Dry cells from the early 1900's through the 1950's varied in height, anywhere from 6" to 6.5" in height. This replica has authentic #8 brass knurled nuts and a re-creation of an early Winchester brand battery. Recently redesigned, this battery has a base the unscrews from the top, allowing the user to leave the battery connected while they change the internal batteries, if so desired. The base and top have a beveled edge which protects the label from being damaged when attaching or detaching the base. Internal wiring is also improved.I'll be adding other vintage labels as time allows, so please check my store often!!I also make a variety of other vintage replicas, including "A" and "B" batteries. Please visit my store to see them!!I only charge what shipping costs, I don't add extra charges for "handling". I typically ship the same day as an order is placed, I try to keep batteries in stock. If you order on late Friday or a weekend, there might be a slight delay.Made in the USA by a US Navy Veteran!!If you have a custom battery requirement please contact me, I will consider adding it to my product line!!Thank you!!
