Rare Vintage Northeast Express Airlines Pilot Wings Badge Mid Century Jet Age For Sale

These Northeast express pilot wings are a beautifully preserved piece of commercial aviation history dating from the late 1950s through the mid-1960s Jet Age. Featuring a striking, glossy red enamel center medallion with crisp white block "NE" lettering set against a clean gold-toned wing design, this badge perfectly captures the mid-century corporate aesthetic before the carrier transitioned to its later Yellowbird and cowboy branding eras. The wing is presented in excellent vintage condition with completely intact enamel work, bold detailing, and a standard twin-post clutchback attachment. Because this classic insignia represents the peak operational years of the historic carrier prior to its 1972 merger into Delta Air Lines, it serves as a highly desirable and foundational centerpiece for any serious commercial airline memorabilia, militaria, or vintage badge collector looking to elevate their display.

In great condition with some minor surface wear. Please see photos for condition.

These wings came from NASA associate Director Daniel Nebrig’s estate and will Include a copy of the provenance card that the family and estate company made for these historic pieces.
