Rare VTG Mid-Century Modern Blackamore Matching Boy & Girl Eating Corn Planters For Sale

These vintage mid-century Blackamore matching boy and girl eating corn planters are small ceramic pieces with black and gold figures next to a planter. The pair features a girl eating corn and a boy, making them suitable for small indoor plants in any room. With a glossy finish and hand-painted design, these planters are a unique and stylish addition to any collection from the mid-20th century era. Made in the 1950s, they are original and perfect for adults looking to add a touch of modern style to their decor. I did a thorough Google search and was only able to find the girl eating corn planter at Worthpoint, listed as a McCoy piece, where it was sold in sale for an unlisted amount. I confirmed that McCoy Pottery did produce Black Americana themed ceramic items, including hand-painted figural planters, wall pockets, and string holders during the mid-20th century. Unfortunately, these planters are not marked which is not uncommon with McCoy pieces. Both pieces are in very good condition with no cracks or chips and minimal paint loss.
