Petrified Wood Arizona Rainbow Full Round Limb Orange Red Yellow Grain + Bark For Sale

Approximately 4" × 2" × 1 1/4"

This is a listing for an exceptional full round Arizona "Rainbow" Petrified Wood limb.

With true rainbow colors, this specimen features orange, yellow, and red wood grain under red and black bark.

The colors are surrounded by the Fossilzed bark.  Two sections of bark are missing exposing the vividly colored wood grain hidden within.

I recently purchased a significant amount of rare types of petrified (Rainbow wood, Ironwood, Woodworthia) from a second-generation rockstore owner's private collection. This material has been hand selected two times. Once by the rock store owner appoximatly 20 years ago. And a second time when I helped him sort through his collection so he could offer his best material for sale. For my help I got first choice of his A+ specimens.

This really is "old stock" as it originally came from a private ranch in Holbrook Arizona (next to the petrified forest) over 2 decades ago. Petrified wood with these color patterns are increasingly rare to find (which is why I purchased premium material from a private collection).

This makes a great addition to any collection and its size is perfect as it dosen't clutter smaller displays or spaces but is still a statement specimen.

Perfect for a shelf or office. It makes an excellent gift for anyone interested in natural history, fossils or beautiful things.

If you are interested in this material I have a diverse selection, with a large variety of patterns, styles and sizes for any budget. I do this purposefully so a beginner hobbiest can own a rare fossil as well as a seasoned collector.

As a small business owner I rely on quality products, craftsmanship, and service.
