A beautiful, mirrored pair of vintage Chinese Cloisonne enamel vases.

These vases feature a striking multi-color design with large yellow peonies, blooming pink and purple flowers, and vivid blue butterflies.

The entire design is set against a meticulously detailed white cloud/scroll enamel ground (jingfa pattern).

Because they are a true mirrored pair (the designs face opposite directions to balance each other when displayed side-by-side), they make a spectacular mantle or tabletop display.

The vases feature gilded rims and heavy brass construction. The bottoms are finished in a vibrant, solid cobalt blue enamel. Each vase comes with its own custom-fit, dark-stained carved wooden base.

• Vases: Excellent vintage condition. The enamel colors remain exceptionally bright and clean. No major dents or cracks to the body. Note: There is one minor cosmetic imperfection/pitting on the interior rim of one vase consistent with the handmade manufacturing process (visible in photos).
• Stands: Sturdy and structurally sound. The stand bottoms are stamped with identification markings ("G 8 5" and "L 8 5").
