The photo captures a steamboat (Rheindampfer)cruising along the Rhine River near Cologne, Germany. This is an exceptional piece ofregional maritime history dating between 1945-1950 and is stamped on the back with penciled negative number. This photo have been in my family for over 8 decades and has been well cared for.

Condition:
Unlike many paper items from this era, this print is inexcellent condition for its age. The photo is flat, completely freeof the any hard folds or creases common to paper of this era. There is only a smalltouch of minor wear isolated to the tip of the bottom right corner (as clearlyshown in the photos). This minor blemish sits entirely outside the main subjectarea and would easily be hidden if the piece is matted or framed. Anexceptionally crisp, display-ready example of Walter Dick\'s legendary regionaldocumentation. It is a premium, display-ready collector\'s copy.
