Large 5\" Vintage Amber Resin w Scorpion Inclusion on Base/1990s Russia For Sale

Vintage Amber Resin with Inclusions
Large Amber resin piece on black base was purchased in Russia in the 1990s and was an expensive souvenir at that time. It is rough and unpolished on the back, and highly polished -- allowing you to see inside -- on the front. The view inside is of a scorpion and a small branch behind the hardened, yellow amber resin they are encased in.
The amber resin piece measures just over 3 1/2\" wide (different widths at different points), the depth with base is just under 2 1/2\", amber with base stands approximately 6 1/2\" tall, and amber resin itself is approximately 5 1/4\" tall.
I have Baltic Amber earrings I purchased in Russia, and used a blacklight on both the earrings and this chunk of amber resin to see if they look different under the UV light. I don\'t know what was supposed to happen, but both pieces looked the same.
