Gransfors Bruks Hand Hatchet For Sale

• Gränsfors Hand Hatchet (SKU: 413) - extremely practical to carry in your rucksack on forest walks, or to keep in the car as it takes up very little space. The shape of the sheath, which covers the edge and the top part of the poll, also stops the axe head cutting into your rucksack.
• The Hand Hatchet makes an excellent scouting and camping axe. Despite its short handle, the axe can be used to fell small trees. It is also great for limbing and for splitting kindling and firewood.
• Cutting Edge: 3” (75mm), Head Weight: 1 lb (0.45 kg), Length with Handle 9.5” (240mm)
• Comes with a full-grain, vegetable-tanned leather sheath and Gransfors Bruks "The Axe Book" (in English).
• Head backed by a 20-year manufacturer’s warranty.

The Gränsfors Bruks Hand Hatchet may be small, but it packs a lot of punch. If you need a hatchet to carry in a backpack, this is the choice for you. (It also fits in a tool bag or car trunk without taking up too much space.) Gransfors Bruks Hand Hatchet can do everything from small splitting and limbing to felling small trees. The Hand Hatchet weighs 1.3lbs and is only 9-1/2" long. The head is 5" long and has a 2-3/4" cutting edge. The hatchet comes with a leather sheath.
