This listing is for a rare Early WWII USAAF China Air Task Force (14th AF) CBI Reproduction Military Patch. This a reproduction of a early WWII United States Army Air Forces China Air Task Force (CATF) CBI-made should patch in silk, bullion, and tinsel on woven wool with a silk backing. The patch depicts a winged tiger beneath a bullion star with a red center and the high-relief, detailed embroidery makes the tiger appear almost 3-dimensional. The pictures in my listings are a very important part of the description….please look closely. I show the front, back and the last picture shows the size. If you have any questions please ask. I am not a collector and have listed each patch accurately to the best of my knowledge…if you see an error please let me know!

I will be listing a collection of 15,000-20,000 patches that my father-in-law had collected over the last 50 years. He started collecting them in Vietnam and it became a life long obsession with him...he was a Vigilante pilot and really prized the aeronautical and Navy patches it seems. Upon his passing I agreed to help my mother-in-law liquidate this collection. I am sure if you’re reading this you know more about these than I do, so if you see an error in my listings please let me know. I will try my best to be as accurate with the listing as possible but if you buy it and there is an issue PLEASE reach out to me before leaving response and I will make it right.
