Originally launched as an outreach of the DisneylandMarketing Division, the newsletter quickly grew to become the officialcommunication piece for all Disneyland cast members.

Masthead, featuring Brer Bear (Song of the South) wasredesigned in 1971 byDisneyland\'s newest art director, Carl Glassford(aka Guy Carleton Glassford (1942 - 2021). Glassford was widely known asa talented graphic artist and designerduring his years in SouthernCalifornia. In 1989, Carldesigned the official seal of the city ofMission Viejo, California.
