Vintage copper mixing bowl features a heavy-gauge construction and a brass hanging ring. Solid, unlined copper, which is ideal for stabilizing egg whites. Made in France. The stylized, interlocking "sTl" monogram indicates that the bowl was imported from France specifically for the high-end culinary retailer Sur La Table, most likely during the 1970s or 1980s.
