Civil War photo General Nathaniel P. Banks CDV and signature letter For Sale

Lot includes an undated letter signed by Nathaniel P. Banks and a CDV photo of General Nathaniel P. Banks taken by Joseph Ward, 125 Washington Street, Boston.
The letter is not dated, however, the use of Hon. [Honorable] Galesha A. Grow, and Grow\'s address included on the letter may indicate it dates to a period when Grow served as a member of the US House of Representatives from Pennsylvania from 1851-1863 (photo 2). In addition to his signature, Nathaniel P. Banks initials are impressed at the top of the stationary (photo 3).
Foxing appears to be present on both the photograph and the letter. It looks like the letter was long ago affixed to a somewhat heavier piece of paper and at one point included in an album by the presence of small triangles on the back at the corners (photo 4). There is also a piece of what appears to be very old newspaper affixed to the back upper right corner (photos 4-5). There is also penciled numbers on the front of the letter - left top corner - origin unknown.
As found, both the letter and the photograph were together. It is not know if they were historically connected to each other.
