This hardbound book has 333 pages, with many black/white racing photos, race track maps, and a beautiful color (colour) frontispiece illustration by Bryan De Grineau.
This book documents the racing history of MG sports/racing cars during 1931 and 1932. Including their successes at:
Brooklands - Le Mans - Tourist Trophy - Montlhery - Spa - Nurburgring - etc...
Race drivers that were competing in, and against, these cars included:
Rudolph Caracciola - Lord Earl Howe - Tazio Nuvolari - Sir Henry 'Tim' Birkin - Louis Chiron - G. E. T. 'George' Eyston - etc...
This is the First Edition that was published in 1933 by William Heinemann Ltd. in England.
This special signed book isin Good+ condition with foxing (normal for British books of this era), age toning, and general handling. The dust jacket is a nice color photocopy of an original.
