Unique Antique German Belsnickel Santa Claus figurine from the 1930s, featuring a mica sleigh with a rear area in sleigh for a candy or toy bag. The Santa Claus figure is glued onto seat and made of felt, spun cotton and paper. Face looks to be paper mache and hand painted. 2 hooks on front of sleigh. Bottom of sleigh is stamped Germany. Sleigh feels to be made of wood. Measures 6 1/2” long and 5” high tp top of Santa. Wonderful vintage piece from a private collector who had this for many years.
