Antique American Brewing Co Bohemian Beer Corkscrew St Louis MO vtg ABC pull For Sale

In the late 1800s, St. Louis was the brewing capital of the world, and while giants like Anheuser-Busch were rising, the American Brewing Company (ABC) was their fierce local rival. Founded in 1890 by the Koehler brothers, ABC became synonymous with their flagship "Bohemian Beer."

This corkscrew dates to the brewery's golden era, roughly 1895–1915. It was a time when "Bohemian" style lagers were the height of fashion, and this tool was a must-have for any tavern serving ABC’s "King of All Bottled Beers."

The wooden handle features the iconic "Don't Pull, Turn" instructions, reminding users to let the internal screw do the work rather than yanking the cork. With its bold "The American Brewing Co., St. Louis, MO" branding on one side and "Bohemian Beer" on the other, it represents the peak of pre-Prohibition advertising.

A fantastic addition for any collector of Missouri history or early 20th-century barware.
