2 Vintage Woven Straw Trivets, Pot Holders, Hot Pads, 1970's Table or Wall Decor For Sale

This listing is for a set of 2 vintage from the 1970's woven straw/raffia potholders, trivets, wall decor. I purchased these at an estate sale and they are in very good condition. The trivets are colorful with very little fading. One side of trivets is slightly lighter than the other which leads me to believe they were either hung or kept in one position with only one side facing upward for most of their previous life. There is also very little breakage of the straw which is unusual. I do not see any stains or food spills on them. These have been well cared for! Please refer to the pictures for the best description of their condition.
One of the trivets is square with a sunburst center. The other is a swirled stylized floral design set "on point". It is a more diamond shape than a true square. The colors of the square trivet are dark green, orange, yellow, red, natural and black. The colors of the diamond trivet are orange, dark red, natural & dark brown. They coordinate well with each other.

These are great to use as potholders or trivets, but they also make cute wall decor! They are perfect for placing under your collectibles in a collection or look pretty on display in a napkin holder. The oranges & reds are great colors to add to your decor going into the Fall/Autumn season! They can go boho, shabby chic, cottage core, granny core or contemporary with equal ease.
