This fable by Krylov tells:
Plot: A dog and a rooster went on a journey. In the evening, the rooster fell asleep on a tree, and the dog settled down near the same tree. When the time came, the rooster crowed. The fox heard the rooster, ran up and began to ask him from below to come down to her, as if she wanted to show him respect for the good voice he had. The rooster said: \"We must first wake up the janitor, he is sleeping among the roots. Let him open the door, then I will come down.\"The fox began to look for the janitor and began to bark. The dog quickly jumped up and strangled the fox.
