This specific box represents a wonderful transitional mixed batch from the late 1940s post-war era (circa 1946–1949).The box features an even split of classic mid-century styles:

• 6 Specialty Ornaments: Shiny, silvered mercury glass bodies decorated with delicate, thin gold horizontal surface stripes.
• 6 Classic Ornaments: Plain, solid bright red mercury glass surface spheres.

Condition Details (Please Read Before Buying):

• The Glass: All 12 glass spheres are physically structurally sound with no cracks or chips to the round bodies or the fragile glass necks (pikes). They show authentic, age-appropriate silvering/paint wear, beautiful interior oxidation, fading, and light spot patina consistent with 80-year-old holiday items.
• The Caps & Hardware: 10 out of the 12 ornaments retain their original ribbed metal hanging loops stamped \"Made in U.S.A.\" All 6 plain red ornaments have their caps fully present. Two of the gold-striped ornaments are missing their metal caps. The underlying glass stems on the two missing caps remain in good condition, making them excellent candidates for simple replacement donor hardware.
• The Box: Includes the highly collectible original patterned cardboard Premier box with its interior grid dividers intact. The packaging shows typical age-appropriate shelf wear on the edges and corners but displays beautifully.

Please examine all photos carefully as they serve as the definitive guide to cosmetic condition and what is included. This set is being sold completely As-Is. Perfect addition for vintage holiday collectors or mid-century display enthusiasts! Ships securely padded and double-boxed.
