I hereby agree to pay F. CHRISTMAN & BRO., or their agent, the sum of
Seventeen 17/100 Dollars rental for the following described property, to wit:

One No. 8-18 Leader Stove and Utensils

Payment of said rental for the use of said stove to be as follows:
Payment to be made upon delivery of said Stove and Utensils, and the sum of $17.00 to be paid by me on Oct 18, 1890
and on each 1st of each month until the full sum of Seventeen 17/100 Dollars is paid in full.

I hereby agree to make default in paying said rental as above agreed upon for said stove, that the said F. CHRISTMAN & BRO., or their agent are fully authorized and empowered by me to enter my premises, or the place where said stove may be found, and to take said stove and utensils. I waive any right to damages for any taking said articles, or the return of any part of rent that I have paid as above, and I agree that I am to pay all expenses of taking and all reasonable attorney’s fees that may be incurred.

I also agree not to remove said stove from my house without the consent of F. CHRISTMAN & BRO.

It is also agreed that when I have paid the sum of Seventeen 17/100 Dollars, as stipulated above, that F. CHRISTMAN & BRO. will give me sole right and title to the above named stove.
