This is a beautiful and rare antique piece of Wedgwood fine bone china.

The Wedgwood Mark on the bottom was used from 1879 to 1900. This was verified from several expert sources.

Pattern is an elegant and striking floral motif with cobalt blue as the primary accent and a gilded edge. 4" high, 9" diameter. No chips, cracks, breaks or crazing.
