This is an original circa 1860\'s cdv photo of a bustling New York City street scene by \"E. & H. T. Anthony, 501 Broadway, New York\". The scene shows lots of people, vendors, carts, carriages, omnibusses, horses, etc. The size is 3 11/16 inches long by 2 3/8 inches wide. The bottom border of the matt has irregular trim which was performed, in period, for album insertion. The loss at the bottom border is approximately 1/4 of an inch as the complete size should be 3 15/16 inches & this one now measures 3 11/16 inches. A rare view!
