Offered is a collection of 12 vintage 8" x 10" black-and-white photographic prints featuring Pennsylvania Railroad steam locomotives.
These appear to be traditional photographic darkroom prints dating approximately to the 1950s–1960s, depicting locomotives and railroad scenes from earlier decades. They are not believed to be modern digital reproductions.
Several photographs retain handwritten identifications, locomotive numbers, historical dates, and locations on their reverse sides. One bears a Pennsylvania Railroad identification stamp, while another marking identifies railroad photographer or collector C. A. Brown of Beloit, Wisconsin.
Photographs exhibit varying degrees of vintage wear, including age toning, minor handling marks, edge wear, and occasional surface imperfections. Please examine photographs for individual condition.
An interesting archival-style collection for Pennsylvania Railroad historians, steam locomotive enthusiasts, and collectors of vintage railroad photography.
Overall good to fair condition. Signs of corner, edge, and surface wear consistent with age and handling. Item as pictured.
