It is not dated, however, I did online research and learned that Norm Baker bought the property in 1954 from Marstaller, sold to Robert Smith in 1999. I estimate this paper item is from the 1960-1970\'s era based on the phone number and zip code. That is my guess.

Condition is as shown in the photos. It has minor rub and scuff, light marks here and there. Overall good condition forbeing older. Being sold \"as is\" as was found.
