Vintage military parachute made by Beithut (Magam Safety today) in Israel in 1971.
This very same model number of parachute was used by the Belgian Army Parachute Team known as the Black Devils, although there is no provenance for this specific parachute. This parachute came from the estate of a retired U.S. Air Force pilot.
