A wonderful rectangular burl wood box . The top is slightly roof shaped, and the inside islined in fragrant wood. The piece is made of pieces or solid wood, neatly joined to forma perfect rectangle. It has brass hinges at the top joint to open and close it. It is a true piece of craftsmanship. Good condition, one small chip in a corner, some very minor wear on the bottom where it sat on a dresser. Use it as a catch all for keys or wallet at the door,or cigars,or a deck of cards on the coffee table, jewelry, etc.
