Thelma Frazier (Winter) MCM Studio Pottery CAT ON BLUE CUSHION Ceramic Sculpture Signed 1903-1977 Ohio born artist. Cowan Pottery/Cleveland Art Institute. 7 1/8" tall brown and light gray striped cat with large indigo blue eyes, sitting on blue pillow. Signed on bottom, printed THELMA FRAZIER and the letter W. Appears to have # on it. There are some tiny sections of where glaze has aged/nicked off - see pictured bottom of paw toe and pad, tiny fleck fleabite ear tip, maybe a bit at V of forehead, a couple flakes at corner of eye. No chips, these are age glaze pops. No scratches or rubs nice gloss and flat matte finish. Do not see the name "Winter" spelled out on bottom, just the letter W.
