Gran Bretagna 1951.\" José Frolián González, depicted in the print is the Argentine race driver who scored Ferrari\'s first victory in a Formula One World Championship race, at the British Grand Prix in 1951. Print is signed in pencil by the artist below the image.González had an 11-season F1 racing career, driving for Ferrari, Maserati, Talbot-Lago, and Vanwall.Print is brighter than it appears in the photos, with no color variation from top to bottom — clean and bright across the entire print surface.Italian artist and illustrator, Nani Tedeschi, began his professional life as a physician, and a spare-time artist. But having his work included in several national exhibitions in the late 1960s and early 1970s convinced him to hang up his stethoscope and inhabit full-time a world filled with pen, paints, and paper. Later, he would add sculpture, ceramics, and glass working to his artistic repertoire. Tedeschi has held solo exhibitions around the world—including in Vienna, Hamburg, New York, Tokyo, Sao Paolo—and of course all over Italy. Tedeschi\'s fascination with Ferrari began in 1985. Ferrari e dintorni, a book of his prints, including this one, was published in 1988 by Cassa di Risparmio di Modena. This litho was produced in the early 1990s, after the book came out.Print is clean and crisp, beautifully printed on a substantial, textured slightly off-white stock, and embossed with the Galleria Ferrari Maranello chop as well as a printer\'s chop. Print is in excellent condition, save for a bit of evidence of handling in the lower right corner. Bright and clean, the litho measures approximately 13 1/2\" x 19 1/2\" (35 cm x 50 cm).BUY WITH CONFIDENCE
