Refurbished1953 Philco Model 53-960 Multi-band Table Radio w/ Phono Input. It has 7 tubesand 9 bands (Broadcast, SW1, SW2, 49M, 31M, 25M, 19M, 16M, 13M). It has been refurbished inside andoutside. The cabinet has been sanded, re-stained, and several coats of clear gloss poly have beenapplied. All paper capacitors,electrolytics, several resistors and bad wiring have been replaced. The chassishas been cleaned and refinished with new stickers and labels. The dial glass,knobs are originals. The antenna has been cleaned andrefinished. It has a new dial lamp. It has had all tubes tested. The speaker is original and the grille cloth is new.The tuning cap has been cleaned and lubricated with new mounts. It has a newpolarized power cord with a chassis fuse installed. It has undergone a fullalignment. This item will come with a full schematic, alignment procedures,dial string guide, and tube data. THIS ITEM IS HEAVY! This item measures: 22"L x 14"W x16"H and weighs 38 lbs (net).
