Primitive Native American Stone Head War Club Tomahawk Leather Wrapped Haft 25\" This listing is for a Native American stone head war club. I can only trace it back to my father-in-law who lived in McCook county, SD. from 1948 through the 1980\'s. His family came from Wisconsin. In any case, I think it is from the northern plains area. This war club measures about 25 in. long plus the leather strap, by about 2 3/4 in. wide with a maximum thickness of about 2 1/4 in. It weighs approximately 1 pound 7 oz.This is avery well made club with a leatherwrappedhaft and leather wrap around head. This is an original item from the period and not anewer copy.
