I’m not 100% positive on the player and the year. I did some internet research and Driessen seems to match up best with the clues in the photo: number 23, side view of face, 1st base position (not clear but looks like 1st from all the displaced dirt), and approximate time period of McLendon’s work.

Original photo attributable to the photographer. No COA. However, photo purchased from a store which received a donation from the estate of award winning AP photographer Lennox “Red” McClendon.
