Sonan Noda was a Kyoto artist in the 1950s, who specialized in stylized images of horses with a very recognizable linear style. Here he uses the color of the paper to create a negative white lines against a black background and visa versa. Complete set, each tipped-in on a larger paper and all of course with the Publishers Kyoto Hanga-InArtist\'s stamp.
Approximate Dimensions: 8 ¾ “ x 7 ½ ” on 10\" x 8\" paper
