Cuban Toledo Sugar Plantation Photo c1901 Cuba Farm Mill Road Havana Card B564:

I found a note that identified this as "Toledo sugar mill, near Mariano, Cuba by A. E. Moody 3/23/1901." I'm guessing this may be Reverend Arnold Edwin Moody, as he lived in Cuba at this time.

This photo comes from the collection of someone I only know as "Mrs. Bowles." She may very well have been May Hatton (formerly Bowles), but I've been unable to confirm.

It has been mounted on MDF board and now measures about9 x 12inches.

Unfortunately much of the collection was destroyed by water damage, but I've managed to preserve a limited number of photos. Each image has been carefully cut from an antique album, cleaned, and preserved in an acid-free sleeve.
