Colson Rack Carrier - Post War 1950's - Vintage Bicycle:

Post WW2 version of the rack, where the legs attach via screws to the frame. Some surface rust, but the plastic reflector is intact and it's pretty straight. Great candidate for a restoration. I don't know what model it's correct for, so do your homework.
