Chelsea Ship 10 in/8+ in Dial Bakelite Case US Govt Clock C 1978 Runs- Very Nice For Sale

This vintage Chelsea ships type wall clock with sweep second hand is a great addition to any collection. The movement number would date the clock to the late 1970s. The large 8+ inch dial and bakelite case make it a unique and stylish piece of decor. Chelsea always makes quality movements and this is a great vintage example.

The clock has ran well during the time that I owned it. However, I’m sure it will need to be cleaned, adjusted and serviced at some point, so I’m not providing any guarantees or warranties with the clock. The case is sound, but has a few spots that could be cleaned and a few rubs. The glass and door hinge are also good. The white dial is 12/24 and is marked US Government. It has a couple of slight yellowing spots, but is well painted overall. Please check the photos closely for complete details.
