[Description] This product was developed by Brunswick Record and released in the 1920s.
A floor type gramophone was made for playing SP records.
Brunswick Cortez. The company is a long-established manufacturer
that has been manufacturing piano parts since the 1800s.
Victor Talking Machine and Edison began selling phonographs in the early 1900s.
And the same time, Brunswick also began manufacturing phonographs.
They started developing as parts in the 1910s. And in early 1920s,
long after trial and error, the Panatrope and the Cortez were announced as the company's first gramophone.
From 1925, the gramophone was in a period of transition from hand-wound drive to electric drive.
The Brunswick's gramophone is one of the world's oldest hand-operated turntable/phonographs,
along with the Bell Labs wax tube phonograph. ■ A large opening horn type gramophone different from Victor and Edison ■
Brunswick's phonographs, which have made a living from the precision development of piano parts,
are by far superior to other companies in the parts manufacturing process.
Since then, it has had a reputation for stable operation and sound quality.
The company's proprietary "large opening horn", which can be seen in this product,
is able to overwhelm the sound pressure of other companies' models.
The fact that we were able to provide sound quality and functionality equal
to or better than the top-end models of Victor and Bell at a low price
