Antique Ladie\'s Notebook And Calendar distributed by the World\'s Dispensary Medical Association Buffalo New York in 1908. Is also an advertisement for Dr. Pierce\'s Salve. Has various medical information in the front and back with a notepad in the center. Is written in on the first page. The rest of the pages are clear. In fairly good shape for it\'s age. Some wear but to be expected due to age and use. The front and back have some bending on the corners. The back has a small chunk on the bottom left corner. The pages have darkened with age and the front and back are discolored. It is over a hundred years old and I am amazed it still exists. See pictures for condition. Seen as I received it.
